Community Engagement Volunteer and Internship Fair Registration

The Community Engagement Volunteer and Internship Fair will take place October 29th, 2012 from 11:30 AM to 2 PM in the Ernst Cultural Center Forum. Come learn about internships in your field and volunteer opportunities near you. There will be two breakout sessions from 11:30 AM to 12 noon. One will be a panel discussion for students on: Volunteerism as a Gateway to Careers: Career Exploration, Service and Resume Building. The other will be an information session for organization contacts on how to: Offer Internships for College Credit. Following the breakout sessions, the volunteerism/internship fair will run from 12 noon until 2 PM. Students will have the opportunity to participate in informal roundtable discussions about internships and volunteer positions with representatives from a number of local organizations. Light Refreshments will be provided.
