NOVA Campus Police and Public Safety Department Survey

At NOVA, it is the goal of the police to enhance the learning environment at the College by providing the safest community for the enjoyment of our faculty, staff, students, and visitors. One method of gauging how well the police at the campus are doing is a survey of perceptions. Feedback from you, concerning the service our department provides, will help to evaluate our personnel and operations. With that in mind, please take a few minutes to complete the following questionnaire. Your input is valued. I appreciate your cooperation and support.

If you choose not to submit this survey online, please send a paper copy to the appropriate campus Business Manager’s office: • Alexandria - Room AA230 • Annandale – Room CC226 • Loudoun – Room LR241 • Manassas – Room MH312 • Medical Education – Room A231 • Woodbridge – Room WS 231

Thank you,

Chief Cheryl Creed
